We recommend a minimum of 100 guests to make the most of the space. The marquee seats up to 170 guests on round tables, and you’re welcome to invite more guests for the evening celebration. If you’re planning for higher numbers, please email us and we can talk through the best layout and options.

Our wedding reception hire starts from £1,680. We offer three simple packages that vary in set-up time, decor options, welcome drinks and extra touches. Every package includes the marquee, tables and chairs, bar staff and the chequered dance floor. Earlier opening times, decor upgrades and drinks packages are available depending on the package you choose.

The marquee opens to guests from 6 pm to 11:30 pm, with the bar and music finishing at 11 pm. If you would like to open earlier, please contact us and we can discuss the options based on your package.

Yes. You’re welcome to bring your own caterers or food vans. Food vans must be fully self-sufficient and bring their own generator. The marquee is ideal for buffet-style catering, and we can provide space for your catering team to set up and serve.

Yes. You will have a private driveway and dedicated on-site parking for your guests, making arrival and departure simple and stress free.

We have a well-stocked, fully staffed bar with affordable prices. If you’d like us to stock something special, just let us know and we’ll do our best to arrange it. Drinks packages for welcome drinks and toasts are also available.

Yes, we work with some brilliant local suppliers and are happy to share our favourites. There is no additional cost to use them, and you can bring your own suppliers too. There is also space outside for extras like a bouncy castle to keep the kids entertained.

We are based in Bletchley, close to lots of beautiful ceremony spots. Milton Keynes Register Office is only a 13-minute drive away, making it easy to arrive here afterwards and celebrate with your guests.

You can decorate the marquee however you like. We offer affordable decor items including props, arches and signs, or you can bring your own decorations to create your perfect look. Our team is happy to help with set up and can advise on what works best in the space.

Absolutely. Our space is family friendly and there’s plenty of room for kids to play. We can even accommodate bouncy castles and garden games. Just chat to us about what you have in mind.

No need to worry about the weather. The marquee is fully covered, and we have heaters available to keep everyone warm and comfortable as the evening goes on.

We love DJs and bands. The marquee works brilliantly for a good party, with music running until 11 pm. If you have extra lighting, special effects or entertainment ideas, feel free to talk to us.

Toilets are located just outside the marquee in their own dedicated block, easy for all guests to access throughout the event.

If you or any of your guests need accessibility information, just let us know. We’re happy to walk you through access, pathways and any support you may need.

We take care of the main clean-up for you, so there’s no need to stress at the end of the night. You’re welcome to pop back the next day to collect any personal decorations or props.

For safety reasons we don’t allow real candles, sparklers or fireworks, but you’re very welcome to decorate with LED candles. They look just as lovely and keep everyone safe.
